And just occurred to me the other day that I haven’t been eating as healthy as I used to Five years ago used to eat mainly only vegetables fruit and Quite a bit of lean meat and now I don’t eat as many vegetables and I’m not eating enough meat so I don’t have as much energy anymore for example when I wake up in the morning, I’ll have You know a banana some oatmeal Maybe some milk or some water and that’s about it. I’m not getting enough vitamins and minerals and protein So I’ve noticed that I haven’t had as much energy. I haven’t really haven’t really felt as good So I need to start eating more vegetables and More protein so that I have more energy Because I want to get more drawings done. I want to get a lot of doodles done Because I have days where I just I want to eat a bunch of drawings done. I have a lot of onal work on But I did I just feel like I don’t have the energy to do it. I mean I I’ll try to work on it I’ll be drawing for a couple hours. And then I just suddenly feel extremely sleepy So I need to get back into eating really healthy and eating the right foods like I used to do back in no over five years ago and This was a point in my life to where I was doing a lot of powerlifting it was doing sprinting and so I was really dedicated to my diet and it I think it’s really important to have a good diet and Whatever it is you’re doing even if what you’re doing isn’t know specifically an athlete related or sport related or something that involves powerlifting or sprinting you should always maintain your body and do your best to eat healthy and that’s gonna reflect on other other areas of your life such as your friendships how you feel every day and Just how you go about carrying yourself in life. And so if you go about life not feeling good and you’re Unhealthy you don’t have energy to do anything It’s going to affect your friendships and everything else as well so I need to start eating better so that I can get more drawings done and so that I can be more creative because I Know that a few years back. I mean I’ve gotten a lot better at drawing. I’ve improved drastically headed But I feel like there’s just something missing there. There’s just a little something that isn’t quite there and I think it’s my diet. It has to be that because I used to be a little bit more creative You know, I had to have so many more ideas about things to wear now I wake up in the morning and don’t feel as good at as much energy And sometimes I have days were you know, like I said earlier, I’ll go to draw and after about only two hours, I’m sleepy and I just want to lay down and So I’ve got to work on that yesterday. I did eat some get some carrots and some celery and Then I had some potatoes and onions that I cut up for breakfast and I cooked those And a lot of people thinks that eating healthy is extremely expensive But it’s actually not it just depends from what you buy and by eating a lot of it just Washing it eating it raw. You don’t have to spend so much time cooking and doing also unnecessary stuff So yeah Definitely to eat better but I’m working on it. And as I improved my health and my diet I’ll be bringing more drawings to everybody.
