Solo Family Tree – Star Wars History

This video follows the old Star Wars timeline
which doesn’t include The Force Awakens movie. The Canon version of this video will be posted
tomorrow, link to which will be in the description. The earliest known member of the Solo Family
Tree was Jonash e Solo. He was a Prince-Admiral of the planet Corellia,
serving as a leader of the Corellian Military about 3,000 years before the battle of Yavin. His biggest accomplishment was his involvement
in the Seventeenth Alsakan Conflict, the seventeenth war between the planets Coruscant and Alsakan
over which planet should become the capital of the Galaxy. After Corellia was forced into the conflict,
Jonash built up the Corellian navy so much that he was able to force both Coruscant’s
and Alsakan’s forces into submission. He forced the leaders of both planets to the
senate building and had them, at swordpoint, sign a peace treaty. 2,700 years later, the next known member of
the Solo family was Berethron e Solo. He was a King of Corellia. Not much is known about him, other than that
he brought democracy to Corellia and transformed the previous monarchy with a constitutional
monarchy. A few hundred years later, and we get to Korol
Solo. He claimed to be the great-great-great-great-grandson
of Berethron e Solo and the rightful ruler of Corellia, but he was executed by public
hanging as a result. Before his death, he had one son. His son was named Dalla Solo. Dalla was an infamous pirate and kidnapper
around the time of the Clone Wars era. He gained the nickname of Dalla the Black
and was feared within his sphere of influence. It was said that he fathered a son named Jonash
Solo, possibly naming him after his ancestor Jonash e Solo. The problem with this, is that there is another
character named Den Solo who was said to have fathered Jonash Solo instead. However, there is a rumor that Dalla and Den
were the same person, and that Dalla changed his name to Den as a way to avoid authorities,
but these rumors were never confirmed to be true. Jonash Solo, the son of either Dalla or Den
Solo, was born a few decades before the Clone Wars. Very little is known about Jonash, other than
that he married a woman named Jaina and was the father of Han Solo. Han Solo was born 7 years before the Clone
Wars. He was orphaned at an early age with both
his parents disappearing for unknown reasons. His childhood mostly involved him begging
and pickpocketing for survival, and being taken care of by criminals. As a teenager, Han involved himself in numerous
illegal activities and even joined a pirate crew for a short time. When the Galactic Empire was formed, Han became
a pilot for the Imperial Navy, possibly doing so as a way to change his life path and to
fight for, what he believed at the time, the greater good. His service to the Empire didn’t last long
though, as he helped a Wookiee named Chewbacca escape Imperial slavery, and as a result he
was discharged from the Imperial military. Due to Wookiee Culture, Chewbacca swore a
life debt to Han for helping him escape. Together they went into smuggling and soon
became close friends. As smugglers they were targets by both the
Empire and many rival criminal gangs. Han went on to obtain the Millennium Falcon
by winning it in a game of Sabaac against Lando Calrissian. A bounty was soon placed on Han by Jabba the
Hutt after he failed to bring the Hutt expensive cargo after being forced to dump it in an
escape from an Imperial Star Destroyer. The both of them eventually participated in
the rescue of Princess Leia from the Death Star, and they continued to help the rebels
while also trying to evade bounty hunters sent by Jabba the Hutt. After the battle of Hoth, Han was captured
by Darth Vader and Boba Fett and he was imprisoned in carbonite, which was taken to Jabba’s
Palace on Tatooine to be put up on a wall as a trophy. He was soon rescued and continued his service
for the Rebel Alliance, eventually leading the Endor Strike team during the battle of
Endor. After the Rebel victory and the creation of
the New Republic, Han went on to marry Leia Organa Solo. Together they continued to do everything they
could to diminish the remaining Empire’s power in the galaxy. Overtime they had three children, named Jacen,
Jaina, and Anakin. Despite having a family to care for, they
both still continued to be heavily involved in galactic affairs, including fighting Palpatine
in his clone bodies, as well as participating in the Yuuzhan Vong and Swarm Wars. Han went through many emotional hardships
after having his best friend, Chewbacca, get killed during the Yuuzhan Vong war and having
his own son, Jacen, turn to the dark side and later get killed as well. At the age of 73, Han’s last known notable
act in Galactic affairs was that he participated in a coup that put the Jedi into power of
the Galactic Alliance. Afterwards, he and Leia traveled to the planet
Klatooine with the mission of ending a revolt there. And that’s how far his story goes. Jacen Solo was the son of Han and Leia, and
twin brother of Jaina Solo. Because of Leia, he was force sensitive and
was sent to Luke Skywalker’s Jedi Academy on Yavin 4 to be trained as a Jedi. When he was about 27, he had a daughter named
Allana Solo with the woman Tenel Ka Djo. As a Jedi Knight, he fought in the Yuuzhan
Vong war. After witnessing the destruction and death
caused during the Yuuzhan Vong War, Jacen fell to the dark side after obsessing with
the need to bring order and stability to the galaxy. He eventually became a sith Lord after being
seduced by Lumiya, after she told him that the only way to save the galaxy was to embrace
the teachings of the Sith. Jacen went on to change his name to Darth
Caedus and became the sith apprentice to Lumiya. As a Sith, he took over the Galactic Alliance. He also went on to kill Mara Jade Skywalker,
Luke’s wife. As a consequence, he was killed by Jaina Solo
in a desperate attempt to stop his atrocities. Jaina Solo was the daughter of Han and Leia,
and the twin sister of Jacen Solo. She was named after Han’s mother. Just like with Jacen, she was also force sensitive
and was sent to Luke’s Jedi Academy on Yavin 4 to be trained as a Jedi. When the Yuuzhan Vong war started, she was
forced into combat along with her Jedi peers. She herself almost fell to the dark side after
her younger brother, Anakin Solo, was killed in the conflict. But she was able to overcome it. After her brother Jacen Solo turned to the
darkside and became Darth Caedus, she was forced to kill him in a lightsaber duel to
end his terror on the galaxy. After killing her twin brother, she went on
to help her uncle, Luke Skywalker, on a mission to defeat Abeloth. During this mission, she became a Jedi Master. She ended up marrying Jagged Fel during the
Second Galactic Civil War. They didn’t have any known children together,
and that’s how far her story goes. Anakin Solo was the second son of Han and
Leia, and the younger brother of Jacen and Jaina. He was named after his grandfather, Anakin
Skywalker. Just like with his siblings, he too was force
sensitive and was sent to Luke’s Jedi Academy to become a Jedi. While there, he was on many missions, including
helping to retrieve Obi-Wan’s lightsaber. When the Yuuzhan Vong war began, he played
a pivotal role in it, participating in many major battles. During the war, Anakin met his end during
the Mission to Myrkr, after he sacrificed himself to put an end to the creation of the
Jedi killing creatures called Voxyn. Allana Solo was the daughter of Jacen Solo
and Tenel Ka Djo, the Queen Mother of Hapes, a planet of Hapans who were considered near
Human. Because of her mother being a Queen of the
Hapes Consortium, Allana was an heir to the monarchy. After surviving an assassination attempt to
keep her off the Hapan throne, Allana was sent to her grandparents, Han and Leia, for
safe custody as well as to also be taught in the ways of the force. Though it isn’t exactly known what she did
afterwards, it’s most likely she had at least one offspring. Ania Solo was a descendant from one of the
Solos, most likely from Allana Solo’s offspring, though it isn’t exactly known, as she was
born about 100 years after Allana. It’s also not clear whether she was force
sensitive or not, as she never learned how to use the force or lightsaber. Her biggest impact on the galaxy was when
she eventually found herself involved in the Darth Wredd’s insurgency, a rebellion against
both the One Sith and the Galactic Federation Triumvirate instigated by Darth Wredd. During the Battle of the Floating world, she
killed Darth Wredd by using a blaster rifle. Afterwards, she continued to travel the galaxy
with her companions and remained under the radar. And that’s the last member of the Solo family
tree in Legends that we know of.
